Similar in magnitude to China's 1961 Great Leap Forward, I, this morning, have taken the historic step of hauling my lily white a$$ back into the weight room. I have not darkened its door since surgery many, many months of inactivity ago.
As I am writing, I am bathed in Tiger Balm, thoroughly ibuprofen'd, and wondering if, by tonight, I'll be able to lift my arms. I think not.
So, if you don't hear from me you'll know it's because flinging my useless appendages at the keyboard does not a blog post make.
