Grislier than my normal, but oh so fun

Anyone read any of the John Sandford Prey series? (Rules of Prey, Shadow Prey, etc.) Not for the weak of stomach, but the detective, Lucas Davenport, is the coolest thing in a suspense thriller since Robert B. Parker last put pen to paper. I'm desperately besotted.

At least if there's going to be "another man," it's good he's fictional! :-)

Oh, and since we're on the topic of my nerdly literary fixations, check out the Watchmen trailer. It is a thing of eerie beauty.
